Hey there! It's good to chat with you once again after a brief sabbatical. I believe it was the Four Horsemen who said back in 1991 that "Roofin' is ma business, and business is GOOD!" Hahaha! Well, maybe those weren't the exact lyrics, but they're pretty close. ;) Long story short, we're BUSY!
Oh before I forget, Happy New Year (is it too late to say that?) to you, your family, and friends from all of us at West Coast Florida Enterprises, Collier County Roofing, and Structural Injection Systems.
Hopefully you had a prosperous 2012, fun-filled holidays, and enjoying 2013 so far. We certainly are!
We've been busy writing a new eBook (although it's not the one we told you about) and it's all about the 8 "RE's" of our business. I'm sure you've probably got a confused look on your face but I assure you, it'll all make sense to you once the eBook debuts.
Also in the works is an old iconic building, built in 1966, that we've been working on for a couple of months now. It was originally a “Wine ’em and Dine ’em” spot for out of state investors.
The locals would fly them in to the local airports (either radio road or the Wing Air Park on Rattlesnake Hammock) and fly them around looking at land. Then they would put them up in this building and show them a good time.
It's located near the corner of Golden Gate Parkway and 951 (4110 Golden Gate Pkwy), in front of the Golden Gate Country Club and Hotel. The latest occupant to the building was a nightclub called J.D. Jags. But now it's owned by LEMAC, LLC.
At first, it was intended to become the Collier Banquet Center. But now it appears that "it could be anything" according to project manager, Ken Egan.
Anyway, we've been doing a ton of work on the place. I could tell you all of the things that we've done in order to restore this building, but I'll let the pictures do all of the talking.
