Our team had the great pleasure serving one of downtown Naples, Florida’s most known hotels. In May of 2023, our team was contracted to tear off and replace the roofing system on this stunning hotel!

Located just minutes from historic downtown Naples Florida, the Bellasera Hotel is known for providing a regal, exemplary experience to guests visiting the area. In May of 2023, West Coast Florida Enterprises was contacted to inspect and assess the current state of a roofing system for the Bellasera Condominium Association.

Our company had the pleasure of installing the building’s original roof in 2003 and as the existing roof was falling apart, the owners asked us to inspect and furnish a proposal for a new roof system.

With a need for a durable roofing system to withstand Florida’s harsh climate and weather conditions, a Carlisle 80 mil PVC roofing system would be installed per Florida Product Approval requirements.

We began the project by repairing any existing blisters or peeling seams on the existing flat roof. Any present debris on the roof was removed, and the entire roof surface was properly cleaned to remove any signs of mildew or algae.

Once prepared, we went to work installing 80m mil Carlisle Sure-Flex FleeceBACK white PVC membrane fully adhered in Flexible Fast 100 adhesive. All parapet walls were flashed with 60 mil PVC membrane, with flashing installed on all air conditioning equipment legs per Carlisle requirements. Any vents and pipe penetrations were also flashed, and new walkway pads were installed on the service side of all a/c condenser units and at roof hatches.

With a new commercial flat roof installed by West Coast Florida Enterprises, this amazing hotel can continue to serve its guests with a new leak-free roof built to withstand our harsh Southwest Florida weather environment!
